Shipping and returns

Processing time

Shirts from our shop are printed and packed in 2 to 4 business days. Custom orders follow the timeline in your approved quote. Need it by a certain date? Tell us in your order note or call us before ordering.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States with tracking.
• Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, and free on orders of $75.00 or more.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
• You will receive an email with tracking when your package leaves us.

Local pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout to skip shipping. We will call you when your order is ready.

Returns and exchanges

• Shirts from our shop can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• Custom-printed items are made just for you and cannot be returned for size or change of mind. Please check sizes before approving your quote.
• To start a return, email cs@inkmastershirts.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item.

Damaged or wrong items

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will reprint or refund it at no cost to you, including custom orders.
