These terms apply when you use inkmastershirts.com or buy from Ink Master Shirts. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its security or operation, attempt to access accounts or areas that are not yours, or copy content for commercial use without permission. You are responsible for keeping your account password private.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show colors and prints accurately, but screens vary and printed garments can differ slightly from photos. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you choose to pay later, we will call you to arrange payment and your order goes to print once payment is received. We may cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfill.

Custom orders and artwork

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, photo, character, name and design you send us, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's rights.
• You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from artwork you provide.
• We may decline any design that we believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.
• Production starts only after you approve the proof and price. Approved custom items are made just for you and cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, return windows and refund rules are set out in our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Ink Master Shirts name, logo, site design and our original artwork and photographs belong to us. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
